Meet The Ref - Doncaster v Latics

We are back in action on Tuesday, a trip to South Yorkshire to face Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy, the referee will be Staffordshire based official, Ollie Yates.

Yates made it on to the National List of referees back in 2016, his first game coming in the League 2 meeting between Yeovil Town and Notts County on the 6^th August.

 Previous Games

Yates has been in charge of three Latics games previously, all of which have come in League One, two away, Charlton and Wimbledon, and earlier this season he was at the DW Stadium for our 2:1 win over highflying Peterborough, Sessegnon, Lang and Godo picking up yellows in that game.

Ollie Yates’ last Doncaster game came on the 1^st November, Donny’s 2:0 away defeat at Wimbledon where the home side picked up two red cards and still came out on top and with a clean sheet.
